What we built
AI Meetup is a focused event platform for in-person and virtual AI practitioner meetups. Members can find local groups, RSVP to events, and join virtual rooms (via the integrated LiveKit subdomain) for talks and discussions. Texas Integrated Services built the platform end-to-end including the LiveKit integration at livekit.aimeetup.co, member-management flows, and event scheduling. Designed as a low-friction alternative to larger event platforms for technical communities that want to own their own member data.
